How did you become a Master Tailor?
Diverse education including both college and trade classes.
How did you become interested in Designing?
My dad gave me a challenge at seven years old, “You can have whatever clothes you want as long as you make them.” I love clothes.
What makes your business different than others?
We have clients of all varieties–design, government and corporate. If there is something I do not know how to do, I will learn how.
What was one of the most challenging jobs you have ever done?
Concept Create Cure, a cancer benefit in 2005. I made dresses out of 350 baseballs.
What do you like best about WAWAK?
The great inventory and the ability to call and talk to a live, friendly person.
What advice do you give to the next generation of Designers?
Always work hard and listen to the voice of experience. Constructive criticism is not bad!
