Fabric Marking Tools and Hem Markers For Quick, Easy Fabric Marking.

Looking for a way to mark fabrics that doesn’t use a pencil, marker, or tailor’s chalk? Try WAWAK Marking Tools, including hera markers, skirt hem markers, chalk hem markers, powdered chalk, and more. Hera Markers are great for fabrics you don’t want to mark with any color—they form a visible crease line on the fabric that can be seen on both sides of the fabric, with no worry about leaving behind residue. If you want to mark hems without chalk, our skirt hem markers make it easy to quickly and accurately line up your hem with pins. Or, opt for a chalk hem marker to create even hem markings just by squeezing the attached bulb. We also offer powdered chalk for refilling hem markers and more hem marking accessories. Shop all of our marking tools here to find the perfect alternative marking tool for hems and more.

Frequently Asked Questions About Sewing Marking Tools & Hem Markers

How do you get chalk markings out of fabric?

Chalk should be easy to brush away from most materials. If that doesn’t entirely remove the chalk, however, you can also try using high-powered air (like an air compressor, canned air, or a blow dryer on the coolest setting) to dust the chalk away. If it still remains, laundering the item according to its care instructions should remove any remaining chalk.

Which Hem Markers can be used for pants?

The Heavy-Duty Chalk Hem Marker and WAWAK Deluxe Chalk Hem Marker are both applicable for marking pant hems. We also offer a Plastic Pants Marker, which is used to help ensure pant legs are even in length.
