N.P.E. II is a cleaning solvent blend for use in spot cleaning of all textiles. The high solvency allows for the fast removal of oil, grease, dirt, screen print ink, adhesives and other stains from all fabrics. N.P.E. II has unique solvency characteristics and a favorable toxicological profile. It is designed for use by textile screen printers, apparel manufacturers, clothing retailers, tailors, dry cleaners, upholsters, drapery workrooms and more. Available in a variety of sizes.

It would be incorrect to say that it is “non-flammable.” If there was a fire, it would burn. The product by itself does not sustain combustion (won’t continue to burn if the ignition source is taken away). It poses a very minor flammability hazard.
