There is no one color in Maxi-lock that works for all colored fabrics. You would choose the color that is closest to the color fabric that you are sewing with.

Is there any way to get a colored paper - or on a page - of all the colors of the maxi thread - on my computer the lines just jump so I cannot see them all.

We don't have these set up so that you would be able to order all the colors by selecting one sku. They could be ordered together, but you would be to select each color separately. You will get the price break for ordering the larger quantity.

What is Spun Polyester thread? How is it different from Core Polyester Thread?

Spun polyester is made up of thousands of filaments of polyester. Core polyester or poly/poly has a center “core” made of poly, with an additional wrapping of polyester around it. Spun polyester is not as strong as core polyester.

Though maybe not as strong, spun polyester is much softer and more pliable that core poly. I like to use the spun poly thread for sewing with lightweight chiffon and laces though it works well for most all apparel sewing! Maxi Lock spun poly is a great all purpose thread in my opinion! Awesome, Every Time

I'm a seamstress, and my shop does mostly alterations and custom made garments. 90% of our work is formal wear with the occasional "please fix my fave..." project. Any kind of fabric in every color could walk through my front door with a 24 hour deadline. My solution: Maxi Lock in every color hanging on a pegboard. My serger loves this stuff. It never lets me down.

Dependable

I have never had a problem with thread breaking while surging. I even used it to restyle a pair of jeans because I was out of my usual "jean-weight" thread. I'd planned on going over them again when I got the other thread but forgot. The thread has held up through washing and wearing!

Great Serger Thread

This thread is great. I use it on my Brother 1034D serger and never had a problem. I also bought invisible zippers. This is my first time buying from Wawak but I had such a great experience with them that I will purchase again!
