What is the difference between this and the maxi stretch thread? Which is better for swimwear? Thanks

This is a great alternative to the Maxi Stretch Thread. The main difference is the brand of the thread and the length on the spools. The Maxi Lock Stretch is also a little thicker. Maxi Lock Stretch is 30 tex while the Wooly Nylon is 24 tex.

I don't know what I could be doing wrong but I have tried everything I can think of and then some. I am sewing a simple little dress for my granddaughter and so far I have yet to get a perfect seam using this thread. The top side is okay but the bottom thread goes along fine but then fuzzes up and gets a ball of thread then proceeds along until the next time. Eventually it messes up the bobbin and I have to stop and clean it out and start over again. My practice runs are fine.

The Woolly Nylon thread is normally used in serging machines. You could have an issue with it if you are using it in an alternate machine.

Wooly Nylon

I love using this thread for rolled hems. It provides wonderful coverage. It also works well in serged seams that need additional stretch.
