I need a replacement needle for blind stitch machine Yamata CM500. It says I need needle LWx6T, but doesn’t say what size or regular or ball. I use the machine for hemming wool and polyester pants.

This would be the correct needle. The size of the needle is dependent on the thickness of the cloth that is being sewn. Lighter-weight fabrics use a smaller size and heavier-weight fabrics use a larger size. I would recommend starting with the Size: 2-1/2. Also regular point and ball point are different. Ball point is generally used for stretchy fabrics or knits.
