What is the weight capacity for the Z-Rack (RA8) and the Collapsible Rack (RA10)?

We do not supply a weight limit for these racks. They will withstand the weight of all garments that will fit on them.

What are the 2 extra parts that come with the Collapsible Rack used for?

To assemble the Collapsible Rack (RA10), the top bar just needs to be placed on top of the 2-side poles. The 2 extra pieces that come with the rack are for storage purposes only and will have no effect on the rack performance. They would get screwed into the bottom part of the rack on one of the rungs.
