Regular point width pen. The ideal tool for temporarily marking a wide variety of fabrics and materials to aid in cutting and folding---it disappears! Use this for detailed marking, perfect for sewing, quilting and many other fabric crafts, air and water soluble in most fabrics, designed for transferring embroidery, quilting and craft designs and patterns to fabric for embroidery, applique, paint and more. Ink disappears in 24 hours under normal circumstances, or you can use a damp cloth to eliminate ink instantly.
This is my “go to” marking pen. I use it frequently for quilting cottons, felt, even knits ( after testing them first). I don’t iron the marks in, so they disappear as they should. So much easier to use than wax or chalk on mid to lightweight fabric. The only drawback is when I’m making something purple...
This is one of my favorite disappearing markers. It outlasts other brands, and I can use the eraser from the dritz pen on this ink if it doesn't disappear on its own.
A tip. Do not iron or steam over your marks, they can become permanent. That said, if your mark fades before it should, I have hovered my steam iron over the marks lightly steaming to bring them back. Do not press.
