First one out of box had no point, about 20% are slightly bent and not straight. They are somewhat hard and instead of bending they snap in half. They are NOT super fine, Clover glass head pins 1-3/8 long are .018 diameter, these are .023 diameter. The box is really cool though, it is a round metal container with a cool lid, when you push in the center it "oil-cans" and pops out the perimeter tangs so you can lift off the lid, to close you squeeze in the tangs. These pins would be good for retail pinning of shirts in a package, pin once, throw away the pin, not good for sewing in my opinion.
