Additional Information:
Are these the same as tailor point scissors under another name? I'm looking for the kind that has a beveled edge on one blade and a knife edge on the other. I'm not sure whether to get this one or the Gingher craft scissors. I'm looking for scissors with wider but short blades for precision cutting. A lot of my smaller scissors with sharp points don't have the strength to handle precise cuts on heavier fabrics, and they can wobble or the blades separate, so I wind up using my larger shears.

Hello. Gingher did make a 5" tailor point, but they stopped making them many years ago according to our Gingher contact. That being said, these scissor should be a very good alternative, and if it doesn't work out, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.
